A few weeks ago I created this SMED simulation instruction video using playing cards.

In this game the participant can use the SMED Method to improve the set-up of a machine. The cards are placed together and the task is to replace one of the cards within the shortest possible time.

This video was my first attempt to create a video instruction using the Manufacturing Deck. It is not a Hollywood production, but I hope you get the idea.

Of course, I am using the Manufacturing Deck, which you can acquire here. All profit from sales goes back to the maintenance and content creation of this site.
