Ferdinand Huber has spent his professional life working as an industrial engineering manager, and operations excellence consultant for High-Tech companies, leading teams and projects in a dozen countries.

“Corporate standards may seem complex and intimidating. I am convinced, however, that innovation is simple… so simple that everyone can do it. The idea of getting better every day is fascinating and the development of people is a lasting source of joy.”

He holds a Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Mato Grosso (Brazil) and an Master Degree in Management of Science and Engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology (China).
