How is motivation for change possible? Often the fear and criticism is present in the team. The need for change is expressed by everyone in the organization, but whenever comes to driving the change things are slow and problems lay outside of one’s competency or area of influence. This seems to be a very common pattern. Of course, employees need to be involved in the change and actively take a part forming it. I would however be interested in innovative approaches towards leading changes in an organization. Comments, ideas are welcome.
